TRAILER HIRE DEPOSITS

With all rentals we require a deposit which is intended to cover any potential wear & tear, damage or recovery of our trailers in part or in full. Additional charges will apply where necessary.

We recommend all deposits should be paid full by DEBIT CARD so that Coventry Trailer Hire can issue refunds of our customers’ deposit to the SAME CARD, keeping all transactions quick and easy. We no longer accept holding deposits via card as we cannot guarantee return of funds to your account.

Unlike other companies, we do indeed allow our trailers to travel abroad. Below is a map of “zones”. Each zone warrants a different deposit to once more cover any costs in the event of an incident.
