TERMS AND CONDITIONS – The hirer will sign our Terms and Conditions upon commencement of the hire period.
DEPOSIT – At the commencement of the trailer hire we require a cash deposit. If the trailer is damaged during the hire period Coventry Trailer Hire will keep the deposit to cover both parts and labour of the repair.
IDENTIFICATION – You will need to provide two forms of ID. This can be either a Passport or Photo Driving License and a Utility bill showing your current address.
BOOKING – Due to our large stock we often have trailers available for immediate hire although we recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
HIRE PERIOD – ‘1 day’ represents a 24 hour period. Goods that are kept over the 24 hour period will be charged for 1 day per 24 hours over the hire agreement.
VAT – VAT is included in all quoted prices.
INSURANCE – All hirers shall at all times insure the owner against from any and every expense, liability, loss, Claim or proceedings whatsoever.
